At CYC, our highly-trained, experienced instructors help you manage your health and well-being. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, knee pain, or just want to increase energy and emotional wellness, we offer several options including weekly classes, series, and workshops that help you manage your health on your own terms and with your own understanding.
Back Care Classes
We welcome anyone with back challenges such as scoliosis, disc issues, sciatica, stenosis, and fused spines who want to experience the benefits of yoga for spinal health.
This work can address poor posture, tightness, reversed neck curve, shoulder dislocation, scoliosis, and kyphosis of the upper back.
In a yoga for back care or scoliosis class, the goal is to encourage a yoga practice that avoids unnecessary discomfort in our lives.
